The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will support Family SkillBuilders’ value of excellence by upholding integrity, accountability and transparency in our agency practice. They will lead our Support Staff by modeling, communicating, advising, teaching, coaching, mentoring, and collaborating. Other job duties will include assisting the HR Director, managing the Family SkillBuilders’ office, and assisting the Directors’ Team.
We are hiring for a full-time Parenting Consultant to serve our families in the Salem area (Marion County).
Qualifications to be a Parenting Consultant include a blend of educational experience and soft skills such as ability to quickly build rapport and engage families, discernment of safety concerns, interpersonal communication, connections to community resources, and teaching skills. A high level of flexibility, integrity, consistency, independence, communication skills, commitment, patience and self-care are important traits of a Family SkillBuilders Parenting Consultant.
