Celebrate New Year’s Eve at our “Show Up and Shine for Kids” Annual Gala, a festive night of heartfelt community support. All proceeds benefit our programs dedicated to preventing child abuse, domestic violence, and empowering families to thrive.
5:00 PM: Cocktail Hour Enjoy an hour of socializing, hors d’oeuvres, and cash bar.
6:15 PM: Seated Dinner Dinner prepared by Chef Cameron Dunlap, Founder of Morchella, paired wine, and dessert by Pastry Chef Gabriella Martinez, Co-Founder of Libre.
6:30 PM: Presentation with Speakers
7:00 PM: Live Auction and Paddle Raise

The “Show Up and Shine for Kids” Annual Gala marks the most anticipated event on our calendar—our largest and most vital fundraiser of the year. This New Year’s Eve celebration brings our community together for a powerful cause: raising the crucial funds that go directly to supporting families through our four life-changing programs.
The proceeds from this night allow us to continue our work preventing child abuse, domestic violence, and guiding families toward safety, stability, and empowerment.
With your help, we’re able to provide the resources and support families need to thrive:
- ODHS Services: We support families involved in the Child Welfare System with trauma-informed parent education during reunification to prevent children from returning to foster care.
- In-Home Parent Support: We provide free, customized parent education to empower families with the skills and community connections needed to prevent violence and avoid involvement with Child Welfare and Justice Systems.
- Parenting Groups: We offer safe spaces for parents with children in foster care to strengthen bonds during increased visitation and develop essential parenting skills.
- Safe Connection: We ensure safe, supervised parenting time for families affected by domestic violence, preventing further harm and protecting survivors and children.
