Fast & Easy Check-In
Guests will be prompted to provide a credit card when registering to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in experience. Card information is handled securely and will only be charged if you choose to make a purchase or donation during the event.
Parking
Convenient $5 evening parking is available at 6th & Taylor, directly across from the Hilton and next to the Duniway Hotel. Valet parking is also available at the Hilton for an additional charge (paid by attendees).
Special Room Rate
A limited number of rooms are available at a special gala rate of $135 per night.

How Your Support Helps Families Thrive
Proceeds from the gala support programs serving families across Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties:
- ODHS Services: Trauma-informed parenting education supporting reunification and preventing children from re-entering foster care.
- In-Home Parent Support: Free, customized parenting education and resource connection to reduce stress and prevent system involvement.
- Parenting Groups: Safe, supportive spaces that strengthen parent-child bonds during visitation and reunification.
- Safe Connection: Supervised parenting time prioritizing safety and stability for children and caregivers.

Volunteer Opportunities
Pre-Event (2:30–4:30 PM): Decorating auction and dinner tables.
Event (5:00–8:00 PM): Guest registration and check-in, auction support and bid tracking, raffle ticket sales, and general guest support.
