Adam Crosson

Development Director

As Family SkillBuilder’s Development Director, Adam will continue building a network of organizational support through community members, foundations, partner agencies, and the state and federal government. So many families derive significant value from collaborating with FSB’s Family Support Specialists and Adam is thrilled to support the critical impacts they make in the lives of children and parents in the Portland area.

Adam holds BARCH and MFA degrees and brings a background in education, including curriculum and program development, and teaching. He has held positions at six non-profit organizations in the Pacific Northwest and the South in the fields of art, culture, and social services.

Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors at Color Outside the Lines, a Portland-based non-profit supporting foster and at-risk youth through art, music, movement, and creativity. As Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) working with families in the foster system in Arkansas, Adam’s parents have been inspirational in their commitment to serving the community.

Alongside work, Adam is passionate about the visual and performing arts, plays tennis, hikes, reads, and spends time on the Willamette and Columbia riverbanks. Daily staples include the NYT’s games and providing an audience for his fourteen-year-old cat’s early morning arias.
