As a Safe Visitation & Exchange Facilitator, Alex supports families impacted by domestic violence, and helps provide a safe, secure, and inviting environment for parents who are unable to have unsupervised contact with their children, while maintaining a survivor and child led focus.

Alex’s favorite part of working with families is the little moments of joy along the way he considers it a wonderful privilege to connect with parents and help create a safe space for the community.

Alex feels fortunate to work in a field that aligns with his values of restorative justice, hope, and safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Oregon University and has spent several years in social services, with a focus on housing support.

Outside of work, he enjoys baking, visiting local parks and gardens, and spending time with his cat.
