Amber Rosenberry is a senior leader in large-scale commercial construction management and currently serves as Ms. Oregon 2025. As Family SkillBuilders’ Board Treasurer, Amber’s primary duties are leading the preparation of the annual budget, reconciling accounts and reviewing all financial statements and activities, ensuring legal forms are filed on time, and reviewing the annual audit and presenting it to the Board.

As a survivor of stalking, Amber brings lived experience to her advocacy work. After navigating Oregon’s legal and support systems firsthand, she recognized critical gaps in the state’s response to stalking-related violence. Motivated to drive systemic change, she authored and championed the Anti-Stalking Modernization Act, which was signed into law in 2024.

Amber was drawn to Family SkillBuilders through its Safe Exchange and Safe Connection programs, and the organization’s focus on coaching families toward healthy, sustainable connections. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors, contributing her voice, passion, and strategic mindset to an organization deeply committed to long-term, community-level impact.
