As the Prevention Program Director, Courtney leads, models, coaches, mentors, and collaborates with our Family Support Specialists while they work with participating families in the field, providing essential support to ensure child safety and guiding each team member to be valuable partners to parents.

Courtney bringing 14 years of experience in social services and six years in leadership roles. Her background spans both state agencies and nonprofit organizations, giving her a well‑rounded understanding of how to support families, and strengthen communities.

With a bachelor’s degree in sociology, she approaches her work with curiosity, compassion, and a deep commitment to prevention. She’s known for her collaborative style, her steady leadership, and her belief that meaningful change happens when people feel supported and empowered.
