Leah is the dedicated Director of Development at Family SkillBuilders, where she forges strong partnerships and mobilizes community support to ensure every family has access to free, trauma-informed courses and resources. Leah is deeply committed to championing prevention as a vital way to protect children and empower families to thrive.

Leah wishes every parent could access these classes and resources as soon as they find out they’re expecting. Her passion for expanding access ensures that families feel equipped, confident, and genuinely supported from the very start.

Beyond her leadership at Family SkillBuilders, Leah proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Northwest Mental Health, championing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and advocating tirelessly for equitable access to care.

Outside of work, Leah loves time with family and friends. She also enjoys exploring local trails, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, and capturing moments behind the camera. As the author of a children’s book, Leah believes creativity and authentic connection are at the heart of strong communities.
