As a Safe Visitation & Exchange Facilitator, Lismary supports families impacted by domestic violence, and helps provide a safe, secure, and inviting environment for parents who are unable to have unsupervised contact with their children, while maintaining a survivor and child led focus.

Lismary was thrilled to join this role, as continuing to work with families is her passion. She’s motivated by knowing she can make a difference in people’s lives, even in small ways – believing that having the right support during unique and challenging times can be the difference between a good experience and a difficult one.

Her favorite part of working with families is meeting them where they are, offering support, and making sure their children feel safe and have a positive experience while receiving our services.

Lismay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.

Outside of work, she loves going on hikes and chasing waterfalls.
