As the Deputy Director, Stacy serves as an operational leader at Family SkillBuilders, working closely with the Executive Director to implement organizational strategy, policies, and procedures. 

Stacy has dedicated over 20 years to supporting vulnerable families through direct service and nonprofit leadership in Oregon. With a BA in Social Work and more than a decade in Oregon’s child welfare system, she later helped found a nonprofit focused on trauma-informed reunification services for families impacted by foster care. Her work has also included anti-trafficking, anti-slavery, disaster relief, and domestic violence prevention initiatives serving marginalized communities globally.  

Having worked for Family SkillBuilders previously, Stacy is excited to return as Deputy Director and continue advancing its mission. 

She loves playing and watching softball, traveling and investing in and cultivating vibrant communities. Stacy and her spouse are certified resource (foster) parents who deeply value the services and impact Family SkillBuilders has on local families and communities.
