As a Safe Visitation & Exchange Facilitator, Victor supports families impacted by domestic violence, and helps provide a safe, secure, and inviting environment for parents who are unable to have unsupervised contact with their children, while maintaining a survivor and child led focus.

Victor got into social work out of a passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. He’s driven by the knowledge that he can make a meaningful impact — supporting, encouraging, and empowering people through life’s changes and connecting them with the resources they need.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Portland State University and brings eight years of experience in social services.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and playing tennis. Fun fact: he’s ambidextrous!
