One of your consultants was able to meet with the family yesterday afternoon (which is amazing!) and they were in love with her before I even got there to finalize the initial plan. Not only did the family get the support they needed right away and did this ensure I was able to keep kids in the home, but it made the conversation about what things will look like moving forward and future court involvement SO much easier when the family had a tangible experience to show how the agency will be supporting and intervening.
